TänzerInnen des Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève

Since 1962, the Grand Théâtre de Genève has had its own ballet company, consisting of 22 artists and presenting two original choreographic creations per season. Through collaborations with internationally renowned choreographers, the company has earned a global reputation over the course of its performances. While premieres always take place in Geneva, the Geneva Ballet now frequently tours abroad (France, Italy, USA, Russia, Australia, China, Brazil, South Africa...). Since the 2022–23 season, the ballet has been under the direction of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
